Not another newsletter
I have a bajillion ideas and figured they can't all be bad. So I'm putting them out into the world.
Well, yes, this is another newsletter. But a short one, I promise. The premise is simple: I have a bajillion ideas and figured they can't all be bad. Or maybe they can be. I dunno. But I DO know that they're not going to make themselves happen. So I'm putting them out into the world.
Every great project has an origin story, and mine started in a Brooklyn pizza shop in 2016. I mentioned to my friend Leah that I had a thousand ideas on my laptop, and she told me, respectfully, that my ideas would die on that laptop if I didn't do something about it. It's been 2 laptops and 3 cities since that conversation, and I'm still adding ideas to the list. But I also promised Leah I'd put my ideas out into the world someday. Today seemed like a good one (8+ years later).
So the first idea is a newsletter about ideas. A week-by-week recap of an actionable idea. It's kinda like 52 pickup, but instead of scrambling to reassemble a deck of cards, I'll be word-vomiting my ideas at you. Maybe by the end of the year, I'll learn to not start a newsletter talking about vomit.
